Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

  • These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all mobile phone, laptop, and electronic device repair services (“Services”) provided by Pro-Fix Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to the customer (“you” or “your”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Diagnostic and Estimates

  • We offer free or paid diagnostics as specified before service.

  • Any estimate provided is based on the information available at the time and may change after a full inspection.

  • You will be notified and must approve any revised estimate before we proceed with the repair.

3. Repair Authorization

  • By submitting your device to us, you authorize Pro-Fix Tech to perform the necessary diagnostics and repairs.

  • You confirm that you are the rightful owner or have the legal right to authorize repairs on the device.

4. Data and Privacy

  • It is your responsibility to back up all personal data before repair.

  • We are not liable for data loss during or after repair.

  • We do not access or share your data without your consent, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Warranty

  • Repairs come with a 3-month warranty covering parts and workmanship unless otherwise stated.

  • The warranty is void if:

    • There is physical or water damage after the repair.

    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications are made after service.

    • The issue is unrelated to the original repair.

9. Liability

    • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the repaired device.

    • In no event shall our total liability exceed the repair fee paid by you.

6. Turnaround Time

  • Estimated repair time is subject to availability of parts and complexity of repair.

  • While we aim to meet deadlines, delays may occur, and we are not liable for such delays.

10. Third-Party Parts

    • In some cases, we may use compatible third-party parts.

    • You will be informed in advance if non-original parts are used.

7. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made upon collection of the device.

  • For specific services or custom orders, an advance may be required.

  • We accept cash, UPI, and card payments.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

8. Uncollected Devices

  • Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after repair completion may incur a storage fee or be disposed of.
